Plain language, because hiding things would require more effort than we put into improving your photos.

1. What this service does

Make It Worse AI intentionally degrades images you upload. That is the entire product. By using it, you accept that the output is, by design, worse than the input.

2. Your images

  • Uploaded images are processed in memory and are not stored.
  • A result is uploaded to object storage (Amazon S3) only when you download it, and is served via a signed link that expires automatically.
  • We never train any model on your images.

3. Limits

  • Maximum file size is 15 MB per upload.
  • Supported formats are JPEG, PNG and WEBP.

4. Acceptable use

  • You must not upload illegal content of any kind.
  • You are responsible for holding the rights to any image you upload and for how you use the result.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We guarantee degradation and nothing else. We will never improve your image, no matter how nicely you ask.
